sporty's Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Use

Sporty.wine (hereinafter referred to as "sporty" or the "Platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between sporty and the user.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on sporty:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless sporty initiates the cancellation.
• If a bet is confirmed before the odds change, the odds at the time of confirmation apply. sporty reserves the right to void any bet that displays incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be refunded. However, if part of the event has been completed, sporty will settle the result according to its established rules.
• For any disputes arising from data feed delays in live betting, the official result issued by the relevant sports authority will be considered final.
• Placing bets across multiple markets on the same match to gain an unfair advantage may result in those bets being voided.
• Sporty reserves the right to set maximum bet limits. Higher limits may apply for VIP members.

For any betting dispute, please contact sporty customer support. An investigation will be conducted in accordance with sporty's Terms and Conditions and a decision will be communicated. Funds related to the dispute may be held during the investigation.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on sporty:

• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These limits may change during promotions or under special circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delays may occur if KYC verification is incomplete or if suspicious activity is detected.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met. See the bonus section for full details.
• Sporty is committed to preventing money laundering. Any suspicious financial activity will result in the account and funds being frozen, and the relevant authorities may be notified.

Terms and conditions governing sporty's bonus and promotional offers:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once on the first deposit. Any attempt to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the wagering requirement (typically 30× the bonus amount). Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are stated separately.
• Winnings from a free bet will be credited to your balance after deducting the value of the free bet itself.
• Cashback offers apply to net losses only. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback amounts.
• VIP points are earned on every real money bet. Bets placed with bonus money do not qualify for VIP points.

Sporty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time. Existing terms will remain in effect until any ongoing bonus period has ended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sporty platform:

• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to access an account through hacking, phishing, or any other unauthorized means.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotional offers.
• Deliberately exploiting any system error or bug to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If you encounter such an error, you are required to notify support immediately.
• Stealing or misusing another member's account credentials.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

Regarding account closure under sporty's Terms and Conditions:

• You may close your account at any time by contacting support. It is your responsibility to withdraw your balance before the account is closed.
• Sporty reserves the right to suspend any account without notice for violations of its Terms and Conditions.
• Once a Responsible Gaming break is activated, the account cannot be reactivated before the set period expires.
• If an account is inactive for more than 12 months with no transactions, sporty may deduct a maintenance fee.

Sporty believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a solution to problems. Responsible gaming is a priority for us and forms a core part of our terms and conditions.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits on their own accounts.
• A voluntary break of anywhere from 24 hours to 6 months can be taken at any time. You will not be able to log in to your account during this period.
• If you wish to permanently self-exclude, please contact support. This decision cannot be reversed.
• If signs of problem gambling are detected, sporty may place restrictions on an account at its own discretion.
